Executive - HR (Generalist)

Responsibilities for junior HR business partner

• Coordinating employees evaluation process and supporting Hiring Managers in this area
• Support for Managers in terms of labor law and cooperation with Payroll Department in people topics
• Leading projects and/or contributing to projects in terms of effectiveness improvement in Sales Team or others, work in x\-functional groups
• Preparing internal communication and implement activities building employee engagement and creating good place to work flex\-work organization
• Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning \& Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs
• Create and/or support project deliverables
• Perform analysis and diagnose client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
• Support recruiting programs which includes event planning, coordination, logistics administration
• Evaluate the authorizations/FTE's, attrition \& retirement rates, skills and competency gaps of mission critical occupations, and develop recommendations and strategies for mitigating identified risks
• Operations Research Analysis \- Determine data collection techniques and sources to conduct analysis and interpretation of human capital planning, management, and development initiatives

Qualifications for junior HR business partner

• Teamwork and customer service attitude
• Support Human Capital change initiatives (either stand\-alone or as part of a broader regional or global program)
• Provide support on all talent matters (with the support of the relevant COEs as appropriate) in relation to
• You have a higher education, preferably in the field of Human Resources management
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• You deal well with change management and a challenging environment

Pay: ₹450,000\.00 per year
