We are looking for an experienced **HR Generalist** to independently manage core HR functions for our growing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in **Recruitment, Payroll Management, and Statutory Compliance**.
*Key Responsibilities:**
End\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding
Payroll processing and attendance management
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws)
Employee records, HR documentation \& MIS reporting
Employee relations and grievance handling
Performance management and training coordination
*Requirements:**
✔ 5\+ years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
✔ Expertise in Recruitment, Payroll \& Compliance
✔ Experience in construction/engineering industry preferred
✔ Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll systems, Advanced Excel, and HR MIS/reporting.
