Job Description

  • *Experience:** 1 years of hands\-on experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Helpdesk.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide end\-user technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution of user tickets.
  • Provide basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi\-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN connectivity).
  • Manage IT assets, maintain inventory records, and assist with asset allocation and recovery.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup and user account configuration.
  • Provide first\-level support for CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, meeting room equipment, and audio/video systems.
  • Maintain IT documentation, service reports, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.
  • *Required Skills:**
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in desktop/laptop hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi\-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Hands\-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook support.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory processes.
  • Basic understanding of CCTV systems and biometric devices.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work effectively under pressure.
  • *Shift Requirement:**
  • Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
  • Should be available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per the approved shift roster.
  • Must be willing to provide on\-site support during business\-critical activities, company events, and emergency situations whenever required.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
