Job Description

  • *As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, expectations are as follows :**
  • Engage directly with real estate clients to understand their business model, challenges, and market positioning.
  • Diagnose problems across sales, marketing, project execution, compliance, or customer retention.
  • Create tailored growth strategies for different segments: residential, commercial, plotted development, luxury, affordable housing, etc.
  • Advise on customer acquisition, channel sales, digital marketing, project positioning, and pricing strategy.
  • Help clients identify sales bottlenecks and recommend lead management, CRM tools, and sales process improvements.
  • Work closely with Business Coaches, Trainers, and Content Teams to create industry\-relevant solutions, courses, and toolkits.
  • Contribute to workshops, webinars, and strategy sessions for real estate clients.
  • *Qualifications and Requirements:**
  • MBA with 10\+ years of experience in real estate (sales, development, consulting, or investment).
  • Deep understanding of sales funnel , sales strategy, developing team management ,target identification, sales training etc.
  • Experience working with or advising real estate developers, builders, or large brokerage firms.
  • Up\-to\-date knowledge of RERA, GST, real estate trends, financing options, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong strategic, analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
