The Key Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships within the hospitals stem cells banking division. This position requires proactive engagement with doctors, expectant parents, and other stakeholders to promote stem cells banking services. This position is for Kalyani Nagar, Pune location.
Educate healthcare providers about the benefits, procedures, and ethical considerations of stem cells banking.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to enhance collaboration and referral opportunities.
Regularly meet with assigned doctors within the hospital to promote and generate referrals for stem cells banking services.
Develop strategies to expand the hospitals client base and increase awareness of stem cells banking services among healthcare professionals and expectant parents.
Prepare and deliver informative PowerPoint presentations to expectant parents, outlining the advantages of stem cells banking and the hospitals service offerings.
Address questions and concerns to ensure a thorough understanding and promote informed decision\-making among prospective clients.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets as communicated.
Monitor progress against targets, adjust strategies as necessary, and report outcomes to the sales management team.
Utilize the Sales App efficiently to track and manage all sales activities, including client interactions, follow\-ups, and sales pipeline management.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to the system to maintain a comprehensive record of client interactions and sales progress.
Maintain all necessary reports for the hospital and the company, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and client feedback related to stem cells banking.
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology OR Microbiology OR Bioinformatics OR Pharmacy or a related field. A Masters degree may be preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and expectant parents.
Strong presentation skills, with experience in delivering compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations.
