Flo Mattress is one of India's fastest\-growing mattress and sleep solutions brands. We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our Logistics team and gain hands\-on experience in dispatch planning, transportation coordination, warehouse operations, and supply chain execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules in line with customer requirements and business commitments.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure on\-time vehicle placement and delivery execution.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor material movement and support efficient warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of dispatch\-related documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e\-way bills, and shipment records.
• Maintain logistics MIS, shipment trackers, and operational reports in MS Excel.
• Support resolution of delivery delays, transportation issues, and operational bottlenecks.
• Assist in initiatives focused on improving delivery performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• *Skills Required**

• Basic understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
• Knowledge of Dispatch Planning and Transportation Coordination.
• Understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Management concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers and candidates with internship exposure in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Operations.
