• *Job Purpose**

To manage sales accounting operations, customer billing, account reconciliation and sales\-related MIS, ensuring accuracy, timely documentation and effective coordination with customers and internal departments.

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Handle day\-to\-day sales accounting, customer invoicing and billing activities.
• Verify customer purchase orders, pricing, quantities, GST details and other billing requirements.
• Manage debit notes, credit notes, supplementary invoices and related adjustments.
• Conduct customer\-wise account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate for payment\-related follow\-ups.
• Prepare and maintain sales MIS, customer\-wise sales reports and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with Marketing \& Sales, Finance, Dispatch and customers for smooth billing and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, e\-invoicing, e\-way bills and other applicable statutory requirements.

• *Desired Candidate Profile**

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Sales Accounting / Commercial Accounting.
• Experience in automotive ancillary or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Exposure to OEM billing and customer account reconciliation will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems and GST provisions.
• Strong numerical, analytical and coordination skills.
