*PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** This role is responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment activities to support business hiring requirements. The key focus areas include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the role will involve contributing approximately 25% towards HR operations, including complete employee lifecycle management.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and support manpower planning
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / recruitment trackers
