We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Support Executive for our CCAvenue. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients through various channels, including email, phone, Tickets and onsite. You will assist clients with technical issues related to CCAvenue, such as trouble shooting errors while integrating , transactional queries, system functionality and training.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, tickets, email, and live chat
Work in Rotational Shifts to manage a 24X7 support facility.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Assist with integration.
Resolve Merchant complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Document ,escalate, coordinate to resolve issues reported.
Stay current with the latest technology implementation and study trends, upgrade knowledge.
Monitor the health, using in house developed tool coupled with log study and human intelligence.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical information to non\-technical individuals
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment
