• Engage with existing and new prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to secure donations and pledges.
• Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.
• Provide accurate and compelling information about our organization’s mission, programs and impact.
• Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
• Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
• Maintain the brand's ethos and also understand and value the donors requirements.
• Manage the ongoing activities records via using CRM and telecaling systems with utmost priority and achieve the designed targets.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:*** Proven experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with fundraising principles and techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
• Minimum Graduate is preferred in any stream.
