Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Promote company products and services over the phone.
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain product benefits.
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.
Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM.
Share regular updates on lead generation activities.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve targets.
Requirements
Any Graduate.
**Freshers to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.**
**Fluency in Hindi and Malayalam is mandatory.**
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Confident and persuasive communication skills.
