• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **EXIM Documentation Executive** to manage export\-import documentation and logistics operations for the group companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the complete EXIM process, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient logistics management, timely documentation, and seamless coordination with stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Export \& Import Operations

• Handle all EXIM (Export \& Import) documentation and related activities for the group companies.
• Manage the complete order cycle from shipment planning to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics movements through Ocean and Air freight.

Documentation \& Compliance

• Prepare and verify export documentation in accordance with Letter of Credit (LC) terms and conditions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping documents, customs documents, and regulatory paperwork.
• Monitor import and export processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle technical documentation requirements related to international trade and transportation.

DGFT \& Export Incentive Schemes

• Maintain sound knowledge of DGFT regulations and procedures.
• Manage AD Code registration and related activities on the ICEGATE portal.
• Handle matters related to Export Promotion Schemes such as EPCG, MEIS, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and other applicable incentives/remission schemes.

Logistics \& Vendor Management

• Liaise and negotiate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs clearing agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics service providers.
• Coordinate transportation activities to ensure cost\-effective and timely movement of goods.
• Resolve issues related to transportation, customs clearance, logistics systems, and customer requirements.

Cross\-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, Order Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Integrate logistics processes with internal business systems and operational requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and supply chain performance.

Reporting \& Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze logistics operations and recommend improvements to internal and external supply chain processes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in EXIM documentation and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of Export\-Import procedures, customs regulations, and international trade documentation.
• Hands\-on experience with LC documentation and banking procedures.
• Knowledge of DGFT regulations, ICEGATE portal, EPCG, MEIS, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and other export incentive schemes.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong problem\-solving and organizational abilities.
