Experienced Inside Sales Executive – E-commerce / SaaS Sales

• *Job Description**

EONEXUS SUPPORT PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring experienced and result\-oriented Sales Executives for its E\-commerce and SaaS Sales Process in Patna.

Selected candidates will work on a dedicated campaign promoting an e\-commerce platform that enables businesses, wholesalers and resellers to establish and manage their online stores.

We are looking for confident, professional individuals with strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities and a proven background in sales.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to potential business customers.
• Explain the features and benefits of the e\-commerce platform.
• Identify customer requirements and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct or coordinate product demonstrations.
• Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate customer details and call records in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and activation targets.
• Prepare daily activity and sales performance reports.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Minimum 2 year of relevant sales or telecalling experience.
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong Hindi communication skills and working knowledge of English.
• Good persuasion, negotiation and objection\-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM software.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry.
• Experience selling digital services, software, subscriptions or e\-commerce products would be an advantage.
• Confident, self\-motivated and professional attitude.
