1\. Preparing sales orders and necessary document sets as per custom regulations.
2\. Overall responsibility for proper import planning and custom activities, along with proper record maintenance.
3\. Fulfillment of sales orders in a cost\-efficient manner and reporting it regularly to management.
4\. Timely follow\-up of clients for payment planning for fully filled sales orders.
5\. Ensure shipment delivery at the right place and time.
6\. Disputing any additional charges regarding import freight and maintaining records for the same.
7\. Making sure to timely release SWBs or OBLs upon the arrival of the vessel at the destination. 8\. Handle Seaway BL request, draft checking \& final dispatch.
9\. Create daily Purchase Orders (PO) \& invoices for all containers based on planning \& requirements.
10\. Coordinate PSIC / CAR requests \& documentation verification.
11\. Ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, and/or timeliness objectives.
12\. Maintaining day\-to\-day MIS for reporting purposes.
13\. Attend to the customer's mail for day\-to\-day queries.
14\. Miscellaneous tasks for day\-to\-day activities. 15\. To offer the best services to clients and agencies within the company’s rules and regulations.
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
