Responsible for leading the design and development of automotive Exterior Trim systems across the complete product lifecycle.
\- Styling feasibility, concept design, detailed engineering
\- Validation, prototype coordination, issue resolution
\- Design of Front \& Rear Bumper/Fascia, Side Moldings, Exterior Covers
\- Coordination with OEMs, suppliers, and cross\-functional teams
\- Prepare DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS
\- Review CAE/FEA reports and implement improvements
\- 3D/2D CAD modeling using Creo / CATIA V5/V6 \- GD\&T drawings and PLM/Teamcenter data management
\- Automotive plastics and injection molding processes
\- Regulatory standards: FMVSS, ECE, AIS
\- Supplier coordination and manufacturing feasibility
\- Strong exterior trim domain knowledge
