Job Summary

The F\&B Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. They supervise staff, maintain service standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage service.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Maintain inventory and control food and beverage costs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
