F&B Executive

Job Summary

The Food \& Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant, banquet, room service, and other F\&B outlets of the hotel. The role involves maintaining high guest satisfaction standards, supervising service staff, coordinating with kitchen operations, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service areas.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth service flow.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Train and guide service staff on SOPs, grooming, and hospitality standards.
• Assist in scheduling staff duties and managing shift operations.
• Maintain inventory control of crockery, cutlery, beverages, and service equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Upsell food and beverage offerings to maximize revenue.
• Prepare daily reports related to sales, guest feedback, and operational issues.
• Support banquet and event operations as required.
• Maintain coordination with other hotel departments for seamless guest experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in Food \& Beverage Service, preferably in a 4\-star or 5\-star hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Customer\-focused with problem\-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
• Well\-groomed and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
