The F\&B Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant, banquet, bar, and room service activities.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Plan staff schedules and supervise F\&B team performance.
Recruit, train, and motivate F\&B employees.
Monitor food quality, beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and health regulations.
Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and performance analyses.
Monitor budgets and work towards achieving revenue targets.
Organize special events, promotions, and banquet functions.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
