Fabrication Engineer

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate and supervise CNC Laser Cutting Machine operations.
• Prepare and optimize CNC programs (nesting/programming).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.
• Ensure accurate cutting as per production drawings and specifications.
• Plan daily production schedules to achieve targets.
• Monitor machine productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
• Minimize material wastage through proper nesting.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Design, and Quality departments.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of CNC laser cutting machines.
• Troubleshoot machine and process\-related issues.
• Maintain quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
• Supervise operators, helpers, and fabrication staff.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.
• Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and machine downtime records.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company SOPs.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
