Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Master's degree or specialized certification in façade engineering is preferred.
12–18 years of experience in façade design and execution, with significant exposure to large\-scale real estate developments.
Proven experience handling curtain walls, unitized systems, stick systems, ACP cladding, stone cladding, glazing systems, skylights, louvers, and specialized façade solutions.
Strong knowledge of façade engineering principles, materials, and construction methodologies.
Expertise in façade performance testing, structural analysis, and building envelope systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and façade design software.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.
