· Operational Management: Supervise day\-to\-day operations across
· Lead and manage on\-ground staff including community managers, housekeeping, and security personnel.
· Ensure a seamless experience for members by addressing inquiries, managing conflicts, and ensuring all facilities are well\-maintained.
· Oversee maintenance, security, and housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
· Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, supplies, and other operational needs.
· Assist in budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting for the cluster.
· Implement and enhance operational processes for better efficiency and service delivery.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
· Generate regular reports on occupancy, operational challenges, and member satisfaction.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field.
· 2\-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in coworking spaces, hospitality, or real estate.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
· Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Experience in managing multiple locations or properties.
· Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices.
· Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
