We are looking for a Facility Manager (Textile Warehouse \& Processing) to manage the overall operations, execution, coordination, and reporting of the Textile Recovery Facility (TRF) based in Kadodara, Surat. The facility is engaged in sourcing, sorting, storage, and pre\-processing of post\-industrial polyester textile waste. The role requires strong operational leadership, warehouse/facility management capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the facility while maintaining operational efficiency and reporting standards. Knowledge of textiles or related industries is preferred.
● Manage end\-to\-end operations of the Textile Recovery Facility (TRF).
● Oversee sourcing, sorting, storage, inventory handling, and pre\-processing activities for textile waste.
● Ensure smooth day\-to\-day facility and warehouse operations.
● Monitor operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
● Ensure proper material movement, warehouse coordination, and workflow management.
● Maintain operational records and inventory tracking systems.
● Prepare and implement operational plans, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.
● Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports.
● Track operational performance metrics and KPIs.
● Prepare operational updates and reports for management and stakeholders.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of operational goals
● Coordinate with vendors, aggregators, transporters, and operational partners.
● Support identification and onboarding of textile waste sources.
● Maintain strong working relationships with local stakeholders and service providers.
● Supervise facility staff and operational workforce.
● Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
● Ensure adherence to operational processes and workplace discipline.
● Support team training and process improvement initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with operational, environmental, and safety standards.
● Monitor warehouse and facility safety practices and operational protocols.
● Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
● Identify operational risks and support corrective actions when required.
● Strong operational and facility management skills.
● Ability to independently manage warehouse/facility operations.
● Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
● Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and operational documentation.
● Ability to work in a fast\-paced operational environment.
● Knowledge of textiles, recycling, warehousing, manufacturing, or waste management operations preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
● 2–5 years of relevant experience in facility operations, warehouse management, operations coordination, or related roles.
● Experience in operations\-driven environments preferred.
● Prior exposure to textiles, recycling, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or waste management industries will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
