The Operations Manager / KAM owns end\-to\-end campus operations, client relationships, and business performance, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and student\-centric living experience.
● **Client \& Account Management:**
Build strong relationships with institutional partners, proactively manage expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction
● **Financial Ownership:**
Drive timely invoicing, collections, and revenue realization with strict control on leakages and delays
● **Campus Operations Management:**
Oversee end\-to\-end hostel operations, ensuring consistency, structure, and high service standards across campuses
● **People \& Team Leadership:**
Manage and develop on\-ground teams, ensuring role clarity, accountability, and performance stability
● **SOPs \& Compliance:**
Ensure adherence to SOPs, audits, and compliance frameworks, maintaining process integrity and audit readiness
● **Incident \& Escalation Management:**
Handle escalations with speed and accountability, ensuring timely resolution and preventive action
● **Student Experience:**
Drive a safe, well\-managed, and engaging campus environment with a strong focus on student satisfaction
