Job Description

  • *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Office Coordinator who can handle both administrative responsibilities and export documentation. As we do not have a full\-time dedicated Export Executive requirement, this role is ideal for a multitasking candidate who can efficiently manage multiple functions within the organization.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and manage export documentation

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (B/L) / Airway Bill (AWB)
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Shipping Bill \& Export Declaration
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners
  • Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of export and office documents
  • Handle communication with international clients and vendors
  • Assist in customs clearance procedures
  • Support internal teams (sales, accounts, warehouse) for smooth operations
  • Manage day\-to\-day office coordination and administrative tasks
  • *Required Skills:**
  • Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with training may apply)

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
