FACTORY FACILITY MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Facility Manager to oversee the overall infrastructure, facility maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, security, and administrative operations of our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth factory operations, infrastructure upkeep, safety, and effective vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Factory Infrastructure \& Maintenance**

• Oversee overall factory infrastructure, building maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Manage electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other utilities.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of facility\-related equipment.
• Monitor power supply, DG sets, compressors, water systems, and other utilities.

• *2\. Facility \& Administrative Management**

• Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, sanitation, and general factory administration.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office areas, production premises, and common facilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address infrastructure requirements.

• *3\. Vendor \& AMC Management**

• Handle facility\-related vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage AMC renewals, service contracts, quotations, and maintenance expenses.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.

• *4\. Safety \& Compliance**

• Ensure factory premises comply with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the EHS team for fire safety, emergency preparedness, and safety inspections.
• Maintain facility\-related records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

• *5\. Cost \& Resource Management**

• Monitor facility budgets and operational expenses.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficient resource utilisation.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower and facility resources.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in factory facility management or industrial administration.
• Strong knowledge of factory infrastructure, utilities, and maintenance operations.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC, housekeeping, and security management.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and utility maintenance.
• Knowledge of factory safety and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong coordination, problem\-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
