Looking for an experienced Factory Manager with a strong background in CAD drawing and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will oversee factory operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of engineers and technicians. CAD knowledge will be essential for interpreting technical drawings, optimizing workflows, and supporting product development.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
o Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory operations.
o Ensure production targets are met within deadlines and budget.
o Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Technical Expertise
o Review and interpret CAD drawings for production planning.
o Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of products.
o Oversee tooling, machine setup, and process optimization.
Quality \& Compliance
o Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
o Drive corrective actions for defects or process deviations.
Team Leadership
o Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
o Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability.
o Coordinate with cross\-functional teams (design, procurement, logistics).
Resource Management
Manage raw material inventory and production schedules.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Control operational costs and reduce waste.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Certification/training in CAD software and manufacturing systems preferred.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in factory or production management.
Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving production goals.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
