About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Human Resource Management Faculty to join our Academic Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise in HRM, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students and prepare them for industry requirements.
Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct Module Progress Tests, examinations, and evaluations as per academic guidelines.
Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
Support curriculum enhancement and content development initiatives.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance reports.
Participate in academic meetings, faculty development programs, and institutional activities.
Coordinate with Academic Heads and other departments to ensure effective course delivery.
Stay updated with current HR trends, labor laws, and industry practices.
MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)
Strong academic background in HRM and related disciplines.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching and/or industry experience in Human Resource Management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong subject knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms.
Student mentoring and classroom management skills.
