The Field Activation Specialist is a crucial role within Muzigal, assisting the Manager \- Activation in executing field operations and ensuring a smooth activation process for new franchisees. This role involves on\-site coordination, adherence to activation checklists, and ensuring compliance with Muzigal's standards. The Field Activation Specialist will work closely with various teams to support the seamless onboarding and activation of franchise outlets.
- *Field Activation**: Execute field activation processes in compliance with the business commencement checklist. Ensure all necessary preparations are completed for the launch of new franchise outlets.
- *On\-Site Coordination**: Work on\-site to manage and oversee the setup of new franchise locations, ensuring that layouts and designs adhere to approved architectural guidelines and specifications.
- *Support Manager \- Activation**: Assist the Manager \- Activation in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proactive communication and timely action.
- *Compliance and Standards**: Ensure that all lookbook, accounts, IT standards, including billing hardware and power backups, are implemented as per the checklist. Ensure that branding and media executions comply with approved specifications.
- *Relationship Management:** Maintain positive relationships with franchisees by providing support and addressing any issues that arise during the activation process.
- *Reporting:** Provide regular updates and reports to the Manager \- Activation on the status of field activation activities, identifying any challenges and suggesting solutions.
- *Project Execution:** Demonstrated ability to execute projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to checklists and standards.
- *Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with franchisees, internal teams, and external vendors.
- *Attention to Detail:** High attention to detail to ensure compliance with all activation checklists and standards.
- *Problem\-Solving:** Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the field activation process.
- *Team Collaboration:** A collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with the Manager \- Activation and other team members.
- *Flexibility:** Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed to various franchise locations.
2\-4 years of experience in field operations, project execution, or a similar role.
Experience in franchise operations or the education sector is a plus.
High energy, optimism, and a proactive approach to work.
CTC: 2\.4 to 3\.6 LPA depending on interview performance and experience.
