Field Marketing Executive ( 2-3+ years Exp.)

#### **Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and approach potential customers in the target market.
• Conduct regular field visits to businesses and prospective clients.
• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our products and services.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, and local business connections.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal sales/product team.
• Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow\-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field activities.

#### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, business development, or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting new people.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain products/services clearly and effectively.
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and target\-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of the local market and business network will be an advantage.
• Two\-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
