1\. Identify and generate new business opportunities.
2\. Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to create a strong sales pipeline.
3\. Present tailored solutions to potential clients.
4\. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
5\. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement departments.
6\. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
7\. Coordinate with internal teams for product customization, inventory availability, and timely deliveries.
