About the Role
Traker is looking for energetic and result\-oriented Field Executives to onboard drivers and vehicle owners onto the Traker platform. The role involves field visits, driver acquisition, document verification, relationship building, and achieving onboarding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach auto, taxi, bike taxi, and commercial vehicle drivers.
- Explain Traker platform benefits and earning opportunities.
- Assist drivers in app installation and registration.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Complete driver onboarding process as per company guidelines.
- Conduct field marketing and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with driver communities, unions, and vehicle owners.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Resolve driver queries and coordinate with support teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 0\-3 years of experience in field sales, driver acquisition, customer acquisition, or field marketing.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling within assigned areas.
- Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.
- Self\-motivated and target\-driven attitude.
Preferred Experience
- Driver onboarding for ride\-hailing, logistics, delivery, mobility, or gig economy platforms.
- Experience in field sales, direct marketing, telecom, fintech, or recruitment.
