Field Recruiter ( Delivery Boy/Girl)

A **Field Recruiter** for delivery personnel sources and hires delivery riders directly from the community, managing the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle. A **Delivery Boy/Girl** physically transports and hands over packages, documents to customers, ensuring orders are delivered safely and on time.

Field Recruiter Responsibilities

• **Sourcing Candidates:** Conduct recruitment drives, set up on\-the\-ground hiring camps, and network to attract gig workers and delivery riders across the city.
• **Screening:** Review applications, verify original documents (driver's licenses, Aadhar cards), and conduct on\-site interviews.
• **Onboarding:** Facilitate the joining process, assist with app installations, and ensure candidates complete their mandatory training.
• **Retention:** Engage with existing delivery partners to minimize attrition and gather feedback from the field.
