Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, optical shops, and prospective dealers on a daily basis.
- Present and demonstrate Voyage Eyewear products using tray bags/sample kits.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from customers.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, fashion accessories, optical, or consumer products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
- Self\-motivated with a target\-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
- Must own a two\-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and dealer/distributor management.
- Understanding of the eyewear, fashion, or optical industry.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Strong customer service orientation.
