We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Field Sales Executive** to generate leads, meet potential customers, conduct site visits, explain solar solutions, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build customer relationships.
*Key Responsibilities**
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Conduct initial site assessments and collect customer requirements.
Explain solar system benefits, ROI, subsidy schemes, and financing options.
Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Prepare and present quotations to customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project execution.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build relationships with channel partners, builders, societies, and businesses.

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25000 per month (based on experience)
