Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, and market mapping. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Collect market insights including pricing trends and customer feedback. Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, logistics) for smooth order execution. Ensure timely follow\-up on orders, payments, and customer queries. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or tracking systems. Represent the company professionally and maintain brand image in the market. Candidate requirements: Minimum Qualification – Graduate. Post Graduate or Diploma in Sales \& Marketing will be an added advantage. Minimum 2 years of preferred experience in Field Sales, ideally in FMCG, Food, B2B, or Retail sectors. Should have a two\-wheeler along with a valid driving license. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with effective negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and long\-term customer relationships. Target\-driven with a positive attitude. Good problem\-solving and follow\-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS office / MS Excel / CRM systems. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
