Field Sales Executive

• *Requirements:**

• 1–5 years experience in FMCG field sales
• Good communication \& negotiation skills
• Target\-oriented and comfortable with field work
• Must have two\-wheeler \& license
• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (preferred)

• *Targets \& Performance Metrics**

• 50\-60 retail visits per day
• Daily and monthly sales targets
• Order conversion rate
• Market survey accuracy and reporting discipline
