We build Industrial IoT solutions that help CNC machine shops and MSME manufacturers monitor their machines in real time — tracking production output, downtime, quality, and OEE on a live dashboard. Trusted by 150\+ manufacturers across Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Pumps \& Valves industries, we are now expanding our ground sales team across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.
We are looking for energetic and self\-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team across Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will visit CNC machine shops and manufacturing units daily, introduce the Yantra 24x7 platform, conduct live product demonstrations, and convert prospects into paying customers. This is a pure field role — you will be on the ground every day, meeting factory owners, production managers, and plant heads across your assigned territory.
- *Roles \& Responsibilities**
- *Field Visits \& Prospecting**
- Visit CNC machine shops, MSME manufacturing units, and industrial estates daily within the assigned territory
- Identify and shortlist potential customers from SIDCO, SIPCOT, DIC industrial directories and IndiaMART
- Conduct cold walk\-ins and scheduled visits to introduce Yantra 24x7 to new prospects
- Build a territory prospect database and maintain visit records daily
- *Product Demonstration \& Sales**
- Deliver live demonstrations of Yantra 24x7's machine monitoring platform at customer locations
- Set up demo equipment at prospect sites and walk decision\-makers through real\-time OEE dashboards
- Explain production efficiency gains, downtime reduction, and ROI in simple terms to shop owners and plant managers
- Activate 30\-day free pilots with interested prospects and follow up regularly during the pilot period
- Convert free pilot customers to paid subscriptions within the defined timeline
- *Customer Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with Shop Owners, Production Managers, and Plant Heads across manufacturing SMEs
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries and concerns during pre\-sales and pilot stages
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for smooth product installation and customer onboarding
- Follow up with existing customers to identify upsell and referral opportunities
- Update CRM with every visit, call, and customer interaction on the same day
- Share daily field activity report via WhatsApp to the reporting manager
- Participate in the weekly pipeline review call every Friday.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering visits done, demos, delivered, pilots activated, and revenue generated.
- Freshers with B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 batch)
- Diploma holders in Mechanical / Production Engineering with a passion for sales
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or technical sales in any industry.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and English.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in: Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Trichy, or Hosur\-Bangalore.
- Must have a valid two\-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines or manufacturing is an advantage — full product training will be provided.
- Fixed salary \+ attractive performance incentives
- 5\-day structured product training at Coimbatore HQ before field deployment
- Travel reimbursements processed within a month.
