Job Description – Field Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result\-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive B2B sales and business development for our Herbal, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, and Pharma manufacturing products. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key customer relationships, generating inquiries, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Visit potential clients including manufacturers, marketers, exporters, institutional buyers, pharmacies, healthcare companies, and distributors.
- Promote company products and manufacturing capabilities.
- Conduct product presentations and business meetings with decision\-makers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Ensure timely follow\-up on inquiries, samples, quotations, and orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharma background preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
- Experience in Herbal, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, Pharma, FMCG, Chemical, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self\-motivated with a strong customer\-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
