*ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for two driven and self\-motivated Field Sales Executives to grow our fertilizer business. This is a pure field role — you will be on the ground, building relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers, and driving sales targets independently.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Cover your assigned territory across Gujarat extensively — this is a road\-heavy, field\-first role
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers
Generate leads, follow up, and close sales for fertilizer products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers
Gather market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends

2–3 years of field sales experience — FMCG, Pharma, Agri\-inputs, Pesticides, or similar preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
Must own a two\-wheeler or four\-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive travel
Self\-starter who can work independently without hand\-holding
Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication
