Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Field Sales Executive** to join our team in Nawanshahr, Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.
• Visit customers and understand their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **1\.5 years of experience in field sales**.
• Qualification: **12th pass or Graduate**.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Must have **own two\-wheeler** and a **valid driving licence**.
• Knowledge of local market and customer handling will be preferred.
