In this role, you will visit various construction sites, including residential, commercial, and ongoing developments, to identify potential business opportunities. Regular market scanning is required to discover new construction activities and upcoming projects. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and architects to boost sales, while collecting their contact details for lead generation and business development. Additionally, you will generate leads and coordinate with the showroom to ensure seamless customer engagement. The position demands proactive field work, strong networking skills, and the ability to meet sales targets through persistent efforts and effective market analysis.
