Field Sales Representative

Ayamveda is looking for an experienced Distribution Sales who can build and manage retail and distributor networks for our Ayurvedic wellness and supplement products.

The candidate will be responsible for market visits, distributor onboarding, retail product placement, shelf visibility, and driving secondary sales across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, distributors, pharmacies, supplement stores, and wellness outlets
• Appoint and manage distributors in assigned areas
• Ensure product placement and shelf visibility in retail outlets
• Generate secondary sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
• Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Coordinate promotional activities and product awareness campaigns
• Submit daily visit and sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in distribution or FMCG sales
• Strong experience in retailer and distributor handling
• Preference will be given to candidates from:
• Nutraceuticals
• Protein/supplement industry
• FMCG
• Ayurvedic or wellness products
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and travel
• Must have own vehicle

Preferred Skills

• Existing distributor/retailer network in Punjab or Tricity region
• Experience in shelf placement and retail activation
• Strong understanding of market expansion strategies
