  • *Compensation:** ₹25,000/month Base Salary (will be negotiable for candidates who demonstrate value) \+ Tiered (Scale\-Up) Incentives \+ Travel Allowance

We are seeking a dynamic, self\-motivated, and result\-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving business growth by pitching and selling our premium products/services directly to high\-end beauty salons, luxury spas, and premium aesthetic establishments across the city.

  • *The basic requirement is however far simpler, you MUST be an absolute team player. We have a zero tolerance policy on office politics and undercutting your colleagues. We are all in this together, period.**
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Business Development:** Identify, map, and pitch to premium salons, spas, and high\-end beauty establishments across Bengaluru.
  • **Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field prospecting and relationship management.
  • **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with salon owners, managers, and key decision\-makers.
  • **Product Demonstrations:** Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to highlight value propositions.
  • **Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to provide feedback to the internal team.
  • **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales pipeline, and client feedback in the company reporting format.
  • *Must\-Have Requirements (Non\-Negotiable)**
  • **Language Fluency:** **Must be fluent in both English and Kannada.** (Both languages are mandatory for effective communication with corporate clients and local business owners).
  • **Personal Transport:** Must own a reliable two\-wheeler/vehicle with a valid driving license for daily field travel.
  • **Personal Laptop:** Must own a working laptop for daily reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks.
  • **Location:** Must be permanently residing in or deeply familiar with the geography of Bengaluru.
  • *Nice\-to\-Have (Bonus Skills)**
  • Fluency in multiple languages (such as Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu) is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or direct sales within the beauty, wellness, or salon industry.
