Role Overview
We are seeking a results\-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role you will develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing customers in your assigned territory, identify opportunities for Feewa Energy’s solar, battery, and energy\-efficiency solutions, close sales, and support project handover. The ideal candidate is self\-motivated, comfortable working independently in the field, and skilled at consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through door\-to\-door outreach, local networks, referrals, events, and cold calling.
- Conduct on\-site customer visits to assess needs, present product/service solutions, and provide customized proposals.
- Explain technical features and financial benefits of Feewa Energy products (solar PV systems, batteries, energy audits, financing options) in simple, customer\-friendly terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline records in the CRM.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with customers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover, timely installation, and customer satisfaction.
- Collect required documents, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist customers with financing/subsidy paperwork when applicable.
- Represent Feewa Energy at local events, exhibitions, and community programs to raise brand awareness.
- Provide timely feedback from the field to improve product offerings, pricing, and sales processes.
Qualifications \& Skills
- 1–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in solar/renewables, electrical products, appliance sales, or B2C/B2B technical sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and independent work in the field.
- Basic technical understanding of solar PV systems, batteries, or energy\-efficiency solutions preferred.
- Proficiency with smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools; ability to prepare clear proposals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable field mobility (two\-wheeler or car).
- High school diploma required; diploma/degree in engineering, business, or related field is a plus.
