Field Sales Representative \- Cosmetics \& Beauty Sector
We are hiring a motivated and target\-driven Field Sales Representative for the Cosmetics \& Beauty Products sector. Candidates with experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, retail distribution, or channel sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads in the cosmetics and beauty industry
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, salons, beauty stores, and channel partners
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and closures
Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities
Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
Maintain client databases, follow\-ups, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty products, FMCG, or retail sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills
Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools preferred
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits
