Netz Infocom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee the execution of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC), telecom, and utility infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing field activities, coordinating with teams, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project progress as per timelines.
- Supervise day\-to\-day site activities related to OFC laying, trenching, HDD, duct installation, cable pulling, splicing, and restoration works.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and equipment deployment at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and local authorities.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Track daily work progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and maintain site inventory records.
- Knowledge of OFC installation and telecom infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of trenching, HDD, duct laying, cable blowing, splicing, and restoration activities.
- Ability to read and understand route maps, drawings, and project documents.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to prepare DPRs and maintain project documentation.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Experience in OFC, Telecom, Utility, Smart City, or Infrastructure Projects.
