B2C Field Sales Executive – EdTech \|Freshers \& Experienced Welcome

• *About the Role**

We are hiring energetic and ambitious B2C Field Sales Executives for one of Bangalore’s fastest\-growing Nursing \& Healthcare EdTech platforms.

This role involves direct student outreach, college activations, demo sessions, lead generation, and student enrollments across nursing colleges, hostels, PGs, and educational hubs in Bangalore.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Visit Nursing, Pharmacy \& Paramedical colleges across Bangalore
• Conduct direct student engagement and live app demos
• Participate in the stall activities inside college permisses
• Generate leads and convert students into paid subscribers
• Manage college gate activations, hostel outreach \& BTL activities
• Follow up with students through WhatsApp and phone calls
• Explain app features, subscriptions, offers \& benefits
• Maintain daily activity and lead reports
• Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets

• *Candidate Profile**

• Graduate / Undergraduate / MBA pursuing candidates can apply
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Experience in any of Field Sales, EdTech Sales, Telecom, BFSI, FMCG, Direct Marketing or Student Counselling preferred
• Comfortable with field work and college visits
• Malayalam (Optional), Kannada, English \& Hindi speaking candidates preferred
• Smart phone handling and WhatsApp communication skills required
• Target\-oriented and energetic personality
