Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Field Executive to support our advertising and marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordination with vendors, site inspections, campaign execution, Designer and Purchase/Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, printers, media partners, and installation teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor outdoor advertising sites and ensure timely installation and maintenance of advertising materials.
• Collect required documents, approvals, and payments from clients when necessary.
• Assist the sales and operations teams in executing advertising campaigns.
• Prepare and submit daily field visit reports and activity updates.
• Verify campaign execution and provide photographic evidence and status reports
• Office Management and Admin work
