• *Job Summary**

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated Finance \& Accounts Executive with a background in finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a CA Inter or CMA Inter qualification and a good understanding of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and MS Excel.

Candidates with up to 2\-5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply, provided they have strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable tax\-related documentation and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and maintaining records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and expense monitoring.
• Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Support month\-end and year\-end financial closing activities.
• Work with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems.
• Maintain accuracy in financial data entry and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments when required.

• *Required Qualifications**

• CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification is preferred.
• Candidates pursuing CA or CMA with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, or Taxation.
• Minimum Years with strong accounting fundamentals are welcome.

• *Required Skills**

• Good understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of Tally or any accounting ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge of Ind\-AS and financial statement preparation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and time management.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Exposure to financial reporting, MIS, audit documentation, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or international financial reporting is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for official work, if required.
