Job Description

Famepilot is looking for an experienced **Finance \& Accounts Manager** to independently manage the company's end\-to\-end accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting operations.

The ideal candidate must have strong managerial\-level experience, hands\-on expertise in **Zoho Books**, and the ability to manage the complete Finance \& Accounts function with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the company's end\-to\-end Finance \& Accounts operations.
• Maintain and review books of accounts using **Zoho Books**.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Handle GST compliance, reconciliations, return filing, TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.
• Monitor expenses, outstanding receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Manage month\-end and year\-end accounting closures.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable taxation and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external CA firms and auditors for audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish efficient accounting processes, internal controls, and financial documentation standards.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or a relevant qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance \& Accounts.
• Prior experience in a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or comparable managerial role.
• **Mandatory hands\-on experience with Zoho Books.**
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience independently managing complete accounting and finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Experience coordinating with CAs, auditors, vendors, customers, and management.
• Strong ownership, analytical skills, accuracy, and decision\-making ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing the complete finance function of a startup or growing organisation.
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
